This is to inform agents in ALL gaming categories that the AGENTS REGISTRATION PLATFORM will be launched on Monday, 2nd August 2021.
Consequently, all gaming agents are required to register with Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority on or before Friday, 29th October 2021.
Benefits of registration:
- To protect the interests of Lagos State gaming agents.
- To flush out fraudulent agents.
- Legal access to Lagos State registered and licensed gaming operators.
- Agent permit fee also serves as introductory Personal Income Tax due to the Lagos State Government
- Issuance of recognized state I.D number.
- Enables direct access to SME loans (LSETF, BOI, CBN, etc.).
The Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority is the authorized gaming regulatory body established by Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority Law 2021 to license and regulate lotteries and related gaming activities in Lagos State. As part of our core responsibilities, the Authority remains committed to protecting the interests of all stakeholders in the gaming sector.
