Quality Policy Statement

LSLGA is the pioneer gaming regulatory body in the Country. LSLGA was established by the Lagos State Lotteries Laws Cap L89 2004 Laws of Lagos State (Now Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority Law, 2021). It is responsible for regulating lotteries, sports betting, scratch card & interactive games, casino, gaming machines operations, pools betting, promotional competitions and other gaming activities within Lagos State.

As a stakeholder-focused Organization, it is the policy of LSLGA to comply with all requirements applicable to the product/service delivery, to meet clients/stakeholders/customers needs and strive to exceed their expectations in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Accordingly, a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 QMS is established, documented, and being implemented and maintained. The Product/Services realization and support processes of the LSLGA are planned to meet the requirements of this Standard.

The management of LSLGA has the basic responsibility over the QMS and is committed to continually improve its effectiveness.

Quality objectives directed at different functions and levels and in consonance with this Quality Policy Statement are established, pursued and reviewed periodically for effectiveness.

The GM/CEO has the responsibility of ensuring that this Quality Policy is communicated, understood and implemented throughout the Board and is continually reviewed for suitability and operations within the Organization and applied to Products /Services to its stakeholders.
