Casino gambling is a game of chance and skill, played at tables and machines. In casino games, players gamble cash or casino chips on different possible outcomes. A prospective licensee of Casino operation in Lagos State must ensure it is registered with the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 2020 and comply with the prescribed registration requirements.

There are three casino License Categories:

● Category A (Hotel Casino)
● Category B (Hotel Premise Casino)
● Category C (Stand-Alone Casino)

Casino license is for a term of 1 year and may be renewed prior or on its expiration.
